It is uncertain if Docia is the mother of all, or any, of the children. Jesse R. Barnett is shown in the 1830 Jackson County, MO census as having a wife of the same age range, so this could be her.

Alfred Hamblen and Mary Hamblen his wife deeded ten acres to Samuel B. Hamblen Jan. 23, 1900 Section 11, Twp. 64, Range 30. This shows a residence of Perry? OK Territory, Noble Co. Samuel B. Hamlin and his wife Sarah Hamlin for three hundred dollars deeded this land to S. V.Williams. William Dollars and Fred Randall signed as witness with Samuel and Sarah making their mark. The land was the North East quarter of the South West fourth of Section 14 in Twp. 64, of Range thirty, containing forty acres, more or less.
Newspaper, The Ringgold Record Feb 11, 1897 had this; Alfred Hamblin is moving to his farm east of here. He has been living in Missouri for the past 2 years.

Hamblen of Gentry Co. for one hundred and Fifty Dollars ten acres Twp. 64, range 30, Section 11. William Dollar was single and of Worth Co. and Jane Dollar was single and of Gentry Co. It would seem that this was an inheritance that Mary Ellen had that went to her living children in1900.
