Death: from obituary which read; Miss Hannah Hamblen was born in Gentry Co. MO Aug. 30, 1864 and died at Omaha, Neb. March 16, 1925 aged 60 years, 6 months and 16 days. In 1887 she moved to Monona Co., Iowa. It was here on Jan. 1, 1888 that she was united in marriage with George E. Davis and to them there were given five children as follows; Ada of Lyons; Mrs. Lulu Jones of Tea S.D; Ethel B. of Lyons; Steven L. of Rosalie; and Thomas G. of Lyons. Mr and Mrs Davis resided in Monona Co., Iowa near Whiting for 14 years after their marriage and then moved to Burt Co., Neb. to the farm, in the Jefferson Neighborhood, near Lyons where they have made their home ever since. Besides her husband and children she leaves two brother and one sister.
