Died from the effects of drinking wood alcohol. Found dead in a vacant house. He and a friend had gone to Denver and purchased bad alcohol. Found Saturday (May 21) morning on Joe DeHart's farm by Lafe Armstrong. May 26, 1904, an inquest decision stated he was 37-38 years old. Single. Came to worth County when 10-12 years old. Buried Sunday, May 29.
